Product Introduction

Glass fiber grating is a flat network material made of high-quality reinforced alkali-free glass fiber yarn, woven into a base material using advanced foreign warp knitting machines, using a warp knitting directional structure, making full use of the yarn strength in the fabric, improving its mechanical properties, making it have good tensile strength, tear strength and creep resistance, and treated with high-quality modified asphalt coating. It follows the principle of similar compatibility, focuses on its composite performance with asphalt mixture, and fully protects the glass fiber base material, greatly improving the wear resistance and shear resistance of the base material, so that it can be used for road reinforcement, resist cracks and rutting and other highway diseases, and end the problem of difficult reinforcement of asphalt pavement. The glass fiber grating materials produced by our company are strictly produced and processed according to the various indicators of “Glass Fiber Geogrid” GB/T21825-2008.

It can be widely used in the maintenance of old cement pavements, airport runways, dams, river banks, slope protection, road and bridge pavement reinforcement and other engineering fields. It can strengthen and reinforce the pavement, prevent pavement rutting fatigue cracks, hot and cold expansion cracks and reflective cracks below, and can disperse the pavement bearing stress to extend the service life of the pavement. It has high tensile strength and low elongation, no long-term creep, good physical and chemical stability, good thermal stability, fatigue cracking resistance, high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature shrinkage cracking resistance, and delays and reduces reflective cracks.

Product Uses

  1. It can be widely used in the maintenance of old cement pavement, airport runway, embankment, river bank, slope protection, road and bridge pavement reinforcement and other engineering fields, old asphalt concrete pavement, reinforced asphalt surface layer, and disease prevention;
  2. Reconstruction of cement concrete pavement into composite pavement, inhibiting reflection cracks caused by plate shrinkage, etc., road expansion and modification projects, and preventing cracks caused by uneven settlement at the junction of new and old parts;
  3. It can strengthen and reinforce the pavement, prevent pavement rutting fatigue cracks, hot and cold expansion cracks and reflection cracks below, and can disperse the pavement bearing stress and extend the service life of the pavement;
  4. Reinforcement treatment of soft soil foundation is conducive to soft soil water decomposition and consolidation, effectively inhibits settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhances the overall strength of the roadbed;
  5. Shrinkage cracks occur in the semi-rigid base of the newly built road, and reinforcement is added to prevent pavement cracks caused by reflection of foundation cracks.
