1. The closed box body welded by steel plates is divided into insulation layer, heating layer and heat transfer oil layer. The silo body is wrapped with ★60mm thick aluminum silicate insulation cotton, which can slow down the temperature of the caulking material.
2. The silo has a capacity of 500L and is equipped with a vertical double-blade stirrer, which can rotate freely at 360°, stir evenly, heat quickly, and is more intelligent. It uses 60L of thermal oil and is heated by a diesel burner. The thermal oil is used as a heat transfer medium to absorb the heat from the heating layer and indirectly heat the material, thus preventing material aging.
